  • Use the Service only within the usage limits of your plan (free test tier or paid subscription).
  • Not circumvent, disable, or interfere with any rate limiting, authentication, or security features of the Service.

3. Free Test Tier

The free test tier is provided for testing and integration purposes only. It is not intended for production use. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

4. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis as selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the fees associated with your selected plan, including recurring charges for monthly or yearly plans. Subscription details, including pricing and request limits, are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or API access without our written consent.
  • Use automated means to scrape, overload, or otherwise abuse the Service beyond your plan limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its APIs, documentation, website content, and underlying data, is owned by Tova APIs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

7. Data Accuracy

The city, country, and geographic data provided through the Service is compiled from publicly available sources and is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for validating data for your specific use case.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable, high-performance API access. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Service at any time. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Any published or promised request response times are based on average response times measured over multiple requests and do not represent a guarantee for any individual request. Actual response times may vary due to factors including but not limited to network conditions, server load, and request complexity.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tova APIs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
